What currency is your website?

The shop is in Canadian dollar but you can change it by selecting your country on left bottom side. Keep it mind during checkout it will turn back to Canadian dollar and will charged you in Canadian dollar; your bank will do the conversion for you. 

Can I use more than one coupon code?

Sorry no, one coupon only can be used at a time.
Coupon applies before fees and taxes.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours. Please email at as soon as possible.

Do you offer for local pick-up?

Unfortunately, no. For security reasons. 

Why does the shipping cost is not the same for every items?

Stickers and any flat paper is shipped via "lettermail".

However, bulk items such as washi tapes, albums etc. must be shipped as "parcels". Parcels cost more to ship as they considered as large items.

How long does it take to received my order?

Estimated shipping after your order marks as fulfilled:

✉︎ USA (untracked) ship via lettermail: 10 - 30 business days 
✉︎ USA (untracked) bulk items ship via small air packet: 7-14 business days
✉︎ USA (tracked): 7-14 business days
✉︎ International: up to 10 weeks (business days)
✉︎ International bulk items & heavy items ship via International small air packet: 10-25 business days


Is there a tracking number?

No tracking on lettermail or small air packet shipping. 

If you purchase untracked shipping there will be no tracking number. There's no way for us to know as well the status of your package once it has been handed to post office or marked as shipped.

By purchasing without tracking, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders that does not have a tracking number.

Shipping with tracking number is available for purchase at checkout. 
If you purchase a tracking number, the tracking number will be emailed to you, or you may log in to your account to track your order.

My tracking number shows error?

Please allow 1-2 business day to update the system. 

I entered the wrong address?

If your order was already shipped with the incorrect address, unfortunately I do not have any ways to change it or know the status of it. If your mail returned to me I will email you and discuss the reshipment to the correct address.

Customer will have to pay for the shipping cost. So please make sure to double or triple check your shipping information when placing your order! 

My order is still not arrive after the estimated shipping. What now?

I can't able to provide a replacement of the order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time (30 days), please allow it one more week to allow postal services to return to me in case it's not deliverable.

Other cases to consider is the package was delivered to a neighbor or in the wrong mailbox within a community locker. Checking with your courier services, concierge or building superintendent will be a great help to find your package.

Holiday season  and unforeseen events can also impact the delay of your package. We appreciate your patience and understanding!



What is Krels Happy Mail Subscription?

Monthly you will received a Happy Mail from Krels Creations. Each mail contains lots of functional and cute stickers. You will also receive a mystery washi tape and a monthly freebies. Every month new design and new theme. 

Why subscription?

Our subscriptions saves you money and time from shopping, I know sometimes we don't have a time to seat and scroll for hours just to shop and search. We rather spend our time to some other things like planning/journaling, self-care, spending time with your family etc. But we love stickers and we love opening happy mail so I decided to create this subscription. Before you know it a happy mail is waiting at your doorstep. Just make sure your address is correct so it's not waiting at other's doorstep.😄 

When will I be charged?

You will be charged on the day you subscribe and future billing will be charge on every 5th of the month. 

When will my subscription ship?

Your subscription mail will ship within 3-5 business days after the payment is made. In the event of an unforeseen delay, subscribers will be notified.  

Can I use a coupon on subscription?

Coupon is not allowed. Our subscription is already discounted at 40% off.

How much is shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free in Canada and USA only. Standard shipping is untracked, means no tracking number is included. Once it shipped or handed to the post office theres no way for me to know the status of the mail.

International shipping is $4CAD (untracked).

Shipping with tracking number is available for $15CAD to CANADA and USA only. Please email at, if you like to purchase a tracking.

How to change my address?

You may change your address by logging in to your account. There you can change and update your informations. If you're not registered yet please email me at as soon as possible. If your mail is already shipped I cannot able to make any changes to it, so please always double check your address.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription after 2 months of subscribing.

Subscriber you must cancel your subscription before the billing date which is 11:59PM CT on the 4th of the month. After this point, your order will ship as scheduled and any cancellations will apply to the following month.

Can I purchase more than one subscription?

Yes! you can purchase up to 5 subscription at no extra shipping cost.
