By purchasing a subscription, you agree and acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
To be able to get the current month's subscription, you must subscribe before the 10th of the month at 11:59 pm central time. You will be charged the day you placed your order and all future billing will occur every 1st of the month until you cancel it. Your mail will ship on the 11th day of the month, in the event of an unforeseen delay, subscribers will be notified.
No commitment, cancel anytime!
How to cancel?
-Log in to your account and go to "Your subscriptions" or,
- Email at krelscreations@yahoo.com with a subject stating "Subscription cancellation".
You must request a cancellation before the next billing date, if you request a cancellation after the billing date your cancellation will only apply to the following month. All sales are final.
The customer is responsible for any changes such as a new address and late/delayed payments due to an expired card. If you change your address you must email me as soon as possible. Once it's already shipped I cannot make any changes or make a replacement of your order if it's lost due to an incorrect address. So please double/triple-check your address.
**NOTE: Please make sure to purchase only the subscription in the cart during checkout. Other general items must order separately. If you purchase other items and subscriptions in one transaction, packing orders will be delayed. I appreciate your understanding! ♥

For our planner stickers, we use non-removable matte sticker paper, which is available in standard, premium, and clear/transparent matte.
