Subscriptions are open from the 1st of each month. You will be charged on the day you place your order, and all future billing will occur on the 1st of each month until you cancel. Your order will ship on or before the 11th of the month. In the event of an unforeseen delay, subscribers will be notified.

Prices may change, but customers will be notified before any changes take effect.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all account details, including shipping address and payment information, are accurate and up to date.
If you change your address, please notify me via email as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, I cannot make any changes or offer replacements for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. We kindly ask that you carefully review your details before finalizing your order.

To cancel your subscription, you must submit your cancellation request before the next billing date. If the request is made after the billing date, the cancellation will take effect the following month. Please note that all sales are final.
