The subscription is only available for purchase from the 1st to the 10th of every month.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree and acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
To get the current month's subscription, you must subscribe before the 10th of the month at 11:59 p.m. central time. You will be charged the day you placed your order and all future billing will occur every 1st of the month until you cancel it. Your mail will ship on the 11th day of the month, in the event of an unforeseen delay, subscribers will be notified.
No commitment, cancel anytime!
How to cancel?
-Log in to your account and go to "Your subscriptions" or,
- Email at krelscreations@yahoo.com with a subject stating "Subscription cancellation".
You must request a cancellation before the next billing date, if you request a cancellation after the billing date your cancellation will only apply to the following month. All sales are final.
The customer is responsible for any changes such as a new address and late/delayed payments due to an expired card. If you change your address you must email me as soon as possible. Once it's already shipped I cannot make any changes or make a replacement of your order if it's lost due to an incorrect address. So please double/triple-check your address.
**NOTE: Please make sure to purchase only the subscription in the cart during checkout. Other general items must be ordered separately. I can combine orders but please contact us first or leave a note at the checkout. I appreciate your understanding! ♥

We offer both lettermail and tracked package shipping at checkout. Processing times are posted at the announcement bar.
Estimated shipping times:
✉︎ Canada: 1 to 15 business days
✉︎ USA ship via lettermail (untracked) : 10 - 30 business days
✉︎ USA ship via parcel (tracked): 7-15 business days
✉︎ International via lettermail: up to 8 weeks (business days)

What paper do we use in the shop?
What paper do we use in the shop?
For our stickers, we use non-removable matte sticker paper, which is available in standard, premium, and clear/transparent matte.
▪️ Clear/transparent matte sticker paper has a frosted finish.
▪️ Premium matte sticker paper has a high-quality image result, waterproof and smudge-free. Highly recommended.
▪️ Standard sticker paper is similar to regular paper or copy paper.

Hello! I just wanted to let you know that our standard matte sticker paper will be discontinued soon. We're finishing up our remaining stock. I chose to do this since managing so much stock and fulfilling orders are becoming harder and take me longer.
Most importantly, I want to make sure I'm giving you the best quality sticker. In the future, only premium matte and clear matte sticker paper will be available to purchase.
